In this exhibition the Board of the Ben Uri Gallery pays tribute to those who share and support pir vision in building a world-class collection demonstrating the contribution of European artists of Jewish Descent to the wide and diverse national artistic heritage and sharing it with the widest and most diverse public.

The most recent acquisition to the Ben Uri collection is Frank Auerbach Mornington Crescent, Summer Morning II, which was supported with a grant from the Art Fund.

Other works acquired in the past six years to the collection that will be included in the exhibition include work by artists, Marc Gertler, David Bomberg, Josef Herman, Solomon J Solomon, Sir Jacob Epstein, Bernard Meninsky, David, Breur-Weil, Lilian Holt, Dora Holzhandler, Leila Pissarro, Laura Green, Laura Jacobs, Phillip Sutton, Anthony Wishaw and Joash Woodrow to name but a few".
