It shows art created by the winners who took part in the 2000, 2001 and 2005 competitions. The Alix de Rothschild Foundation is dedicated to promoting excellence in all forms of contemporary applied arts. Over 20 years ago, curator and committee member Ruth Corman (Alix de Rothschild Foundation) organized semi-annual exhibitions of British ceramics in Jerusalem. A charity was set up allowing British ceramic artists to give workshops in Israel. Later, artists engaged in textile, glass engraving, metalwork and wood turning also visited Israel.
