Where are we?
Just over 2 miles from Marble Arch / Oxford Street so much nearer than you might think and really easy to get to!
The gallery/museum is located at 108A Boundary Road, off the Beatles made famous Abbey Road, St John’s Wood, London NW8 0RH.

The museum re-opens on Monday 8 April and has a new opening schedule as follows:
Every Monday from 10am – 530pm.
During specific exhibitions:
Monday – Sunday inclusive 10 – 530pm – e.g. Monday 8 – 21 April for Czech Routes show
On all other occasions by prior appointment only.
To arrange a visit on such days please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following very specific detail giving at least 2 working days’ notice.

When are we open during exhibitions?
We are open 7 days a week: Monday to Sunday from 11am – 5pm.
However, please note the gallery has to be closed between exhibitions for de-installation and installation purposes so please check the Exhibition page for open dates.

How to get to Ben Uri
By tube: Jubilee Line Underground stations St Johns Wood, Swiss Cottage and Finchley Road are all an easy 10 – 15 minutes walk away; Bakerloo Line Underground stations Maida Vale and Warwick Avenue are similarly within very easy reach.
By rail: West Hampstead and Kilburn High Road London Overground stations are also within easy walking distance.
By bus: Buses 189 and 139 stop at the junction of the famous Abbey Road and Boundary Road. Bus 31 Stops at the junction of Belsize Road and Abbey Road, a short walk from Boundary Road.

Parking: There is metered car parking on both sides of Boundary Road but make sure you pay on the same side you park to avoid a ticket. There is a disabled parking bay in Boundary Road. Parking is FREE every weekend!
Make a day of it?
Before or after your visit to our exhibitions, enjoy Boundary Road’s wide variety of restaurants from Mediterranean to Thai to Italian to Lebanese as well as tea and coffee stops. There are nearly as many ladies hair and beauty salons on the street, two private gyms, two mens barber shops and a very popular vet all within a few hundred yards.
Other local attractions very nearby include; The Beatles famous Zebra Crossing and recording studios, Regents Park and its Zoo, Maida Vale/Regents Canal walk, the Freud Museum in Swiss Cottage and the Jewish Museum in Camden Town plus of course Oxford Street and Bond Street shopping are just a short bus ride away.
